Products that are perishable by nature would only have one delivery attempt. The customer will still be charged for the order if the delivery is not made during that attempt for any of the following reasons: wrong or inadequate address, receiver not at home, address found locked, or refusal to accept. Such items would not be eligible for refunds.

There may be a slight variation from the provided image because many of our products are handmade and customised. The product specifications (weight, size, colour, etc.) listed with the product images are merely estimations, but we'll do our best to make sure they closely match the description and image. These stores mainly offer handcrafted and/or customised goods. As a result, the actual products and their images may differ. Akshar Ganesh Kala retains the right to deliver a similar or alternative product in the event of unforeseen situations or demands.

Any loss of data, loss of revenue, or other damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the products or services made available on the website, shall in no event be the responsibility of Akshar Ganesh Kala. The prices listed on this website are for orders placed online. Items' costs and availability are subject to change without prior notice. The Akshar Ganesh Kala user is deemed to have agreed, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms, conditions, procedures, and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. The user is also presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and the FAQ. Both parties must try to reach an amicable resolution if there are any disagreements between them regarding any aspect of this agreement. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 will apply if the parties are unable to reach a resolution within 30 days and the dispute is referred to a single arbitrator. Any disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of Mumbai Jurisdiction.
